A detailed specification is produced with the various information required dependent on the project scope. Typically this can include Layout plans, wet area waterproofing specifications, Noise Surveys, Structural engineer designs etc. This is then followed up to expedite the process so your permissions / License to Alter can be received and works can be progressed.
